The market for health applications is growing strongly, and a separate application can be found for almost every health concern. But how to be sure that the chosen health application really works for health, is safe and complies with technological standards?
In several countries, registries have been set up for health applications, to which the application must go through a thorough, multifaceted evaluation process. Now it has a register of its health applications in Estonia as well. The “Health Application Evaluator” created by TalTech, brings together the health applications on the Estonian market and describes their compliance with modern market expectations.
