Trust is more and more associated with the success of companies, and due to that, the interest in the trust on an organizational level has increased notably in recent years. Yet, does a high level of trust in an organization guarantee company economic success? If yes, then how to achieve that trust? If no, then why is trust important? Or how does trust make a difference?
