Marina Järvis is the head of research affairs and a lecturer at Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences. She has worked as an expert for the European Commission doing different occupational health and occupational safety related projects. Her main research topics are organizational and safety culture, management style, safety and health related behavioural patterns of leaders and employers, contemporary working environments and types of jobs, and mental and physical well-being of employers.
How to increase the mental well-being of employees? How can we as a school provide necessary knowledge and why is it important? Additionally, we will talk about how to ensure sustainability on an organizational level.
