Tarmo joined KPMG in 2017. He has lengthy experience performing business analysis in large organizations operating in both the public and private sector. Tarmo is an expert with many years of experience in the area of data analytics platforms and fraud detection systems, as well as in requirement analysis and implementation. He is a certified Project Manager with experience in large-scale transformation programs. Focused on delivering efficiencies through process cap analysis and assessments, process management, and functional and non-functional requirements. 

His areas of expertise include strategic management of IT, administration of IT services, management of IT projects, performance of IT audits, preparation of IT procedures and documentation, and associated risk analysis.  

Prior to joining KPMG, Tarmo worked at the US main office of SAS Institute, where he advised major banks and insurance companies in compliance and customer analytics solutions; at EY as the Head of Business Consultation Department and led large IT development and analysis projects; and at the Helsinki and Tallinn offices of IBM, leading large development projects.
