She leads Veriff’s global compensation strategy, including a salary and stock options framework, and ensures all benefits across Veriff support the company’s and team’s goals. Before joining Veriff, she led the rewards area at Coca-Cola HBC for the Baltics and Poland for over five years. Due to her academic background and experience in finance and HR, she is enthusiastic about ensuring that rewards serve their purpose and are aligned with the organization’s culture and strategies.
